apan still has a very traditional society. Japanese society can be remarkably conservative in terms of gender roles. In other words: «Women inside the house and men outside the house», in that we truly resemble Colombians with Japanese. Both here and there the educational system but still the idea was to create women who are good mothers and nothing more. While there still today many women stop working at the time of marriage, to choose to live a life dedicated to their children and family. The role of women in this part of the world is well marked, it is she who must do everything: take care of the house, cook, take care of the children, be beautiful and also satisfy the man. With all this in mind in this country (Colombia)While women also take care of those homework but we can still see changes that we produce that’s the real difference.
If we talk about men in Japan, they usually have their options quite limited. Culture requires them to be «real men», which usually means being the livelihood of the family, obsessed with their professional career all this implies being subjected to long hours, discrimination, micro-aggressions and problems related to these phenomena. For the Colombian culture that is completely different, in many cases they do not support their family even if they are professionals. If the labor status implies long working hours, it is not for the same reasons.
